Director of FP&A (Contract - $100/hr)
Overview
You will be joining a leading organization in a strategic FP&A leadership role focused on driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across multiple segments. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders, support key decision-making, and develop your leadership skills within a dynamic environment. The estimated pay range is $95,000-$100,000.

Who You Are
- Experienced in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with 10+ years in FP&A or related roles
- Demonstrated leadership, including managing direct reports and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly
- Proficient in Workday, Hyperion, and Excel-based modeling
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for various segments
- Manage and mentor a team of three FP&A professionals
- Partner with leaders across functions to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning
- Support the annual operating plan and quarterly reforecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with accounting, investor relations, and corporate finance teams for consistency
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in FP&A operations
- Utilize Workday and Hyperion for financial data management and reporting
Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Valid finance-related licenses or certifications relevant to the role (if applicable)
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Technical proficiency in Workday, Hyperion, and Excel modeling
- Ability to partner effectively with senior executives and functional leaders
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting multiple functions such as marketing, operations, or engineering
- Ability to handle pressure and shifting priorities with composure
