Sr. Project Manger ($200K)

**Qualifications:**- Proven experience in project management, ideally within construction or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop Assistant Project Managers.
- Exceptional ability to foster and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
- Adept at managing project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to anticipating and resolving project challenges.
- In-depth understanding of design documents and construction processes.
