Commercial Property Accountant - $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financials and reconciliations (CAM - tenant rents - P&L)
- Manage tenant ledgers, rent collections, and billing (utilities - CAM - percentage rent)
- Collaborate with property managers on budgets and financial reporting
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years commercial real estate accounting experience
- Proficient in Yardi (or similar software) and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with tenants and internal teams
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Familiarity with commercial retail lease terms, including percentage rent and CAM provisions
