Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming—your support helps them maintain dignity and comfort.
  
• Prepare and serve meals—so they have tasty and healthy food.
• Provide companionship and engage in fun activities—be the friendly face and joyful presence that makes every day a little brighter.
  
• Show enthusiasm for helping others, eagerness to learn, and motivation to provide excellent care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes.
• Demonstrate dedication to our team, clients, and agency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
  
• Current CNA or CHHA certification.
  
• Nursing students seeking patient care experience.
  
• Students on a pre-med/PA track seeking patient care experience.
  
• Previous experience in home care or a similar setting is a plus but not necessary—what matters most is your kindness and eagerness to make a difference.
  
• Strong communication skills and a caring nature—because a warm, empathetic approach is at the heart of what we do.
  
• Ability to follow a care plan and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
  
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings—because we value trust and integrity in our team.
