Project Manager - Construction

As a Project Manager you will:

• Lead federal construction projects from award through closeout, taking full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and compliance
• Oversee project schedules, cost controls, RFIs, submittals, change management, and pay applications in highly regulated environments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contracting officers, inspectors, and agency representatives, building trust and credibility

Requirements of this Project Manager role:

• 10+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role on 3+ projects in the $50M each range
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, P6, Prolog, or similar industry software
• Experience with Federal clients preferred
• PE, EIT, PMP or other relevant licenses or certifications preferred
• Willingness to travel and relocate to site for duration of project
• Degree in industry related field preferred
