Housing Operations Coordinator - Up to $25/hour

We are seeking a Housing Operations Coordinator to manage all aspects of student housing operations throughout the year. This role is vital in maintaining accurate housing assignments, overseeing key and parking systems, and ensuring seamless logistical processes for residential students. The Housing Operations Coordinator works closely with campus partners to support the success and well-being of students living on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage housing assignments, contracts, costs, and room selection using housing management systems
• Ensure accuracy of housing inventory, billing, and rosters for campus partners
• Administer key inventory, parking assignments, billing, decals, and compliance tracking
• Maintain housing portals, electronic systems, and website content
• Provide excellent customer service through timely communication

Requirements (Top 3 Must-Haves):

• 1+ year of experience in residential life or college housing operations
• Managed and oversaw the full lifecycle of a logistical process from initiation to completion
• Strong organizational skills with attention to data accuracy

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Year-round housing operations experience in higher education
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency with housing management systems such as Adirondack
• Cross-departmental collaboration skills
• Experience supporting campus events or student services
