We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential design and will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings for various construction projects. As a key member of our Design Team, you will work closely with Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers and field staff to measure and produce accurate drawings of existing conditions and comprehensive sets of plans for trade walk-throughs, permits, and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure, assess and document existing conditions
- Create technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software (AutoCAD & Revit).
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate with the design team and project managers to understand and interpret project requirements.
- Review and revise drafts based on feedback.
- Maintain and update drawing files and project documentation for clarity and accuracy.
- Provide support in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they are met on time and within scope.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Design, or related field
- Proven 3 years experience minimum as a Draftsperson or similar role, preferably residential design
- Proficiency in AutoCad and Revit
- Strong Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of engineering, architecture and construction terminology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Team Player
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
