About the Opportunity
Everett Dental Wellness is hiring a Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who values evidence-based hygiene and comprehensive periodontal care.
We are a doctor-led, patient-focused practice emphasizing periodontal health, prevention, and long-term outcomes.
Compensation includes strong base pay plus a performance-based hygiene bonus.
Bonus begins after a defined production threshold and offers uncapped earning potential.
What Youll Do
- Deliver comprehensive periodontal assessments and care
- Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections
- Support treatment acceptance through strong communication
- Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team
