Berkshire Bike and Board is a growing family of local bike shops, all with a singular purpose-to get more butts on bikes. Duties

• The ability to ask customers the right questions and listen to their responses
• The ability to understand the customers' desires and goals in cycling and skiing, and to show them the right products to help them achieve their said goals
• Have the expertise and self-confidence to close the sale
• Assist with non-sales tasks when necessary

Requirements

• Active Cyclist, Skier, Snowboarder
• Competitive spirit
• Being able to think on your feet and solve problems on the fly
• Flexibility with your schedule and the ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to succeed in a goal-oriented and disciplined environment
