Keep the Line Running Overnight

Join a direct-hire maintenance team in West Bridgewater, MA, supporting a high-volume manufacturing operation on the night crew. You’ll own the reliability of production machinery, perform changeovers, and handle facility upkeep so every shift runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Pay: $24–$30 per hour (commensurate with experience)
• Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Shift Differentials: Mon–Fri: +$2.00/hr | Sat–Sun: +$3.00/hr
• Work Week Options:
  • 3-day week ≈ 34 hours
  • 4-day week ≈ 46 hours ( guaranteed OT every other week )

A Day in the Life

• Execute routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and building systems
• Handle product changeovers to meet production requirements
• Carry out preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with production to diagnose faults and complete timely repairs
• Document work performed and keep accurate maintenance records
• Assist with quality checks, audits, and testing as needed
• Adhere to GMPs, safety protocols, and company procedures
• Escalate and resolve any food safety, quality, or compliance issues
• Contribute to corrective action teams and process enhancements

What You Bring

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Solid general maintenance background
• Hands-on experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Reliability, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail

Bonus Skills

• PLC familiarity
• Experience with camera setup and heat sealing equipment
• Electrical training or background
