- Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries in Sage 50
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Generate monthly financial reports for management
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
- Manage daily cash reporting and assist with cash flow forecasting
- Participate in weekly finance meetings to review cash needs and financial performance
- Support financial analysis, reporting, special projects, and ad hoc requests
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with administrative duties and other accounting projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
- 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems; Sage 50 experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
