About Cross Street Flower Farm

Our flower fields at the historic Jacobs Farm explode with color from early spring through late fall. Our farm tells the story of the seasons through flowers, beginning with tulips and daffodils in April, ranunculus and poppies in May, and sweet peas and peonies in June. Our fields reach their peak with zinnias, sunflowers, and many other beautiful varieties throughout the summer, ending with our magnificent dahlias in the fall.

We grow over 50 varieties of specialty cut flowers using sustainable and natural methods. We have over 700 flower share members and six pickup locations around the South Shore . We host workshops and Cut-Your-Own Bouquet events on the farm and operate a seasonal flower shop in our historic barn.

Our online shop features flower shares, weekly flower specials, seedlings, bulbs, tools, supplies, and gifts.

Our Mission and Values

To inspire joy and cultivate beauty and community — one flower, one bouquet, one experience on our farm at a time.

Delivering the highest quality flowers
We are dedicated to delivering the most beautiful blooms our customers have ever seen. We won’t give a stem to a customer that we aren’t incredibly proud of growing.

Respecting the land
We respect the geography and history of our farm and work with the land and soil in the most sustainable way possible. We observe, learn, and view nature as our partner.

Acting with courage
We challenge the status quo and find new ways to grow our flowers, our business, and each other.

Cultivating community
We create a culture of warmth and belonging on our farm, where everyone is welcome—especially the birds, bees, and butterflies.
