An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Rewards Partner role on our Total Rewards team! The ideal candidate is for someone with solid experience in building and implementing broad-based compensation programs. By collaborating with both the business and HR, you will be required to understand specific business needs while having the responsibility for the delivery of well-balanced compensation solutions and processes. You will make a difference to our employee engagement across the globe by analyzing and support the development of wide array of total rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Participates in the review, design, implementation, and communication of broad-based compensation programs for a large business group in Thermo Fisher Scientific under the direction of the Senior Director, Total Rewards.
- Provides recommendations that will enhance the company's ability to attract, motivate, and retain talents, across the world.
- Works together with the team to support the develop innovative programs where appropriate to deliver a continuous improvement in our colleagues' experience with Total Rewards.
- Assesses competitive market practices and organizational market positioning to recommend cost-competitive compensation proposals aligned with business objectives, using advanced Excel financial models, Power BI, and statistical analysis programs and develop data-driven recommendations
- Manages implementation of the annual total compensation planning process for assigned organizations in close coordination with functional leaders, human resource teams, and managers.
- Develops strong analytical data on internal compensation issues and practices in collaboration with HR Business Partners to make recommendations.
- Participates and support in the design, development and delivery of corporate compensation programs and initiatives by providing consultation along with research and analytical support.
- Acts as a project member on various compensation projects
- Develops metrics, analytics and recommendations to inform HR leadership on compensation programs to inform and influence decision-making through timely, accurate analytics and data-driven business recommendations
- Support merger and acquisition integrations
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 6+ years of experience in Total Rewards, OR Bachelor's Degree plus 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Human Resources, Management or other related subject area
- Experience in large, growing organizations, with diverse global employee populations
- Working in a fast-paced environment at growth/scaling stage business and partnering with increasing levels of responsibility
- Solid understanding of Workday is a plus
- Proven project management & analytics skills to support recommendations and decision making process
- Experience in developing complex financial models
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a dynamic community
- Willingness to work flexibly across international time zones
Must Haves
- Attention to detail, flexibility, ability to prioritize multiple projects and take initiative
- A strong analytical mindset and comfortable with interpreting data, recognizing, and communicating trends, and developing material to present key data elements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong skills with Excel with formulas, models, graphs, etc

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
