Sign Service Technician
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Location
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Raynham, MA. The position involves field service work at customer sites, with local travel as needed.
Note
Previous sign service, sign maintenance, lighting, electrical, or related field service experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be comfortable working at heights, and be able to use hand tools and power tools safely.

Job Description
- Service and maintain exterior and interior signage at customer locations
- Diagnose and repair lighting issues in signs, lightboxes, channel letters, and related systems
- Replace lamps, ballasts, LED power supplies, transformers, and other sign components
- Assist with LED retrofits, neon signage service, wiring, mounting, and general sign repair
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and truck-mounted equipment safely and professionally
- Measure accurately, follow written and verbal instructions, and complete work to quality standards
- Work outdoors year-round and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, vendors, and supervisors
- Track inventory, request rental equipment when needed, and obtain customer sign-offs
- Represent the company with a strong work ethic, clean appearance, and team-first attitude
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sign service, lighting, electrical, maintenance, installation, or related field service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and at heights
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift moderate weight and work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of LED power supplies, ballasts, fluorescent lamps, neon transformers, or signage lighting systems is a plus
- Must be reliable, safety-minded, organized, and customer-service oriented
