We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Fitchburg, Massachusetts who wants strong loan repayment, schedule flexibility, and meaningful community impact.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role providing comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You’ll have the flexibility to choose a 3-, 4-, or 5-day schedule while working alongside a strong interdisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality care.
You’ll practice in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, a historic mill town known for its vibrant arts scene, local universities, and access to beautiful outdoor recreation.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 or more based on experience
• Up to $25,000 annual internal student loan repayment
• NHSC student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000
• Quarterly bonus opportunities
