Lia Toyota Wilbraham is seeking a Level B & C Automotive Technician to join our team. If you're an experienced technician looking for a fast-paced, professional, and positive environment that rewards hard-working, reliable, and team-oriented individuals, this is the right place for you! Lia service departments are equipped with the latest technologies & equipment including service drive alignment checker, alignment rack, and Hunter tire mounting and balancing machines.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $36K-$60K+
SIGN ON BONUS: Available up to $2,000 based on experience and certifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of Service Technician experience required
- Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair experience required
- State Inspection certification required
- ASE Certification recommended
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership processes
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
