education: No Degree Required responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and customers
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, process orders and provide timely support
- Prepare quotes for exterior building products based on project needs
- Build product knowledge to guide customers and deliver quality service
- Coordinate with project, warehouse and operations teams to fulfill orders
- Use internal systems to manage inventory and order flow
- Support team operations, including occasional hands-on assistance
- Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented and eager to learn
- Interest in construction and/or a customer facing role, proven by prior job or education experience preferred
- Knowledge of building principles and products is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with customers
- Experience level: Entry Level
- Education: No Degree Required
