Warehouse Worker

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for staging materials in the warehouse and delivering them to the production team for review. This role is vital in ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Pay: $20/hr

Contract Duration: 9 months-1 year

Shift Openings:

• 6am-2:30pm
• 2:30pm-11pm

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet production goals, standards, and deadlines.
• Identify and provide ideas for safety and process improvement.
• Maintain the integrity of products while prepping and repackaging.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Interact with facility tools and software.

Essential Skills

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to speak, write, and read English fluently.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for shifts between 8 to 12 hours.
• Capability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts between 8 to 12 hours.
• Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs.
• Capability to push and pull products up to 49 lbs. during shifts between 8 to 12 hours.
• Full dexterity with both hands and wrists.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a fulfillment center or warehouse.
• Proven ability to work successfully without supervision.
• Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment.
• Interest in continuous process improvement.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows; experience in Excel and Share Point is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to excel and thrive in a high-volume photo studio environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to handle physical tasks such as standing and walking for extended periods and lifting heavy objects. Employees are expected to adhere to a safety-first approach while maintaining high production and quality standards. A casual dress code is encouraged to facilitate comfort during long shifts

This is a Contract position based out of North Reading, MA.

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in North Reading,MA.
