Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for the Natick area to assist with our senior clients who are in need of support and companionship in their own home.

Shifts Available:

Our clients are often seeking morning shifts, but we do offer 24/7 care so shifts can vary

Examples.

Mornings 8am-12pm, 9am-1pm, 1-am-2pm

Days 9am-3pm, 8am-2pm. or 8am-8pm

Overnights 7pm-7am, 8pm-8am, or sometimes 10pm-7pm

Job Description:

Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care

Assist with light housekeeping

Encourage walking, exercising

Providing stimulating conversation

Activities

Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan

Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone

Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

Home Health Aide Requirements are as follows:

Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification

2+Years experience working with your Certification

Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA

Must have experience working with Dementia

Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check

Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray

Dementia care experience

Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.

You must own a cell phone.
