As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service, and leading a dynamic team to deliver excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a solid background in restaurant or retail management, and a passion for delivering great food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pizza store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Handle food ordering, inventory management, and maintaining stock levels.
• Create staff schedules to ensure the store is always well-staffed, especially during peak hours.
• Ensure the preparation and quality of food meets company standards.
• Manage and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Supervise and assist with the main line preparation, ensuring timely and accurate food orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, following health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the store is ready for inspection and follows all operational procedures and standards.
