About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, 02130!

Shift Information

• Shift Type: Day / Evening
• Shift Length: 10 Hours
• Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
• Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Clinic Schedule: 6 Days/Week

Responsibilities – Peritoneal Dialysis RN

• Assess and monitor patients receiving peritoneal dialysis treatment
• Administer and manage peritoneal dialysis procedures safely
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis care and infection prevention
• Monitor vital signs, lab results, and patient response to treatment
• Operate and troubleshoot Baxter and Fresenius PD dialysis machines
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting
• Collaborate with nephrologists and healthcare team members on care plans
• Follow infection control, safety, and dialysis protocols
• Respond to patient complications or emergencies during treatment
• Ensure proper setup, cleaning, and maintenance of dialysis equipment
