What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services that fit them best.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage transactions, handle service inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest technology, promotions, and product features.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive and high-performing store environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Entry-level candidate or recent graduate (no prior sales experience required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required — full training is provide
