Your Opportunity with ECG: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with deep operational expertise to play a critical role in strengthening the infrastructure of a growing healthcare consulting firm. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity and turning data into clarity, this role offers meaningful impact at the heart of the organization.

Key qualities you bring to the team include tenacity, flexibility, collaboration, a passion for details and accuracy, a desire to produce quality work, a strong work ethic, dependability, creative problem-solving with a demonstrated ability to use independent judgment, and initiative to identify problems and recommend solutions.

Your Responsibilities May Include
