Schedule

Monday - Thursday (Fridays Off!)

1st Shift

• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• OR
• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift

• 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Pay

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Assemble finished products using fabricated, machined, and purchased components
• Use hand and power tools including drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and sockets
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
• Apply stains to wooden components as needed
• Package products for shipment and assist with loading materials
• Assist with inventory management and inventory control activities
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus; training is available
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and movement throughout the shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around machinery, forklifts, and industrial equipment
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
