Position Overview
The Brand Sales Associate is an entry-level, customer-facing role focused on driving sales and brand awareness through in-store promotions and product demonstrations.
This is a performance-driven position ideal for individuals who are motivated by goals, enjoy working with people, and are looking to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, or leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations inside retail locations
- Engage customers to educate, promote, and sell featured products
- Represent national brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Drive customer acquisition and daily sales targets
- Build rapport with shoppers to create a positive buying experience
- Track sales performance, customer interactions, and campaign results
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and merchandising displays
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to optimize results

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Position Overview:
- Commission-based pay structure following a 4-6 week paid training period.
- Average representatives earn $800–$1,200 per week.
- Top representatives earn $1,200–$2,500+ per week.
- This role is inside big box retailers, the Brand Sales Associate will be required to travel within a designated 40 mile territory to assigned location
