Description

Terraphase Engineering is an environmental consulting company seeking a Massachusetts LSP for a senior-level position to facilitate the expansion of our New England Operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, visionary professional with a desire to play a pivotal role in shaping our local and corporate growth strategies. You will have the freedom and autonomy to develop your own practice area within Terraphase by leveraging our cutting-edge operational, managerial, and technical resources across the company and carve out a niche that aligns with your passion and expertise.

Your role will include direct access to and meaningful collaboration with our Leadership Team to create a supportive environment where your staff can continuously develop and thrive within the environmental industry.

The Role

  • Direct and manage site investigation and remediation projects compliant with MA regulations;
  • Provide LSP certification for MCP projects;
  • Provide technical and project management leadership for projects across the nation;
  • Lead and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients;

  • Identify and recruit key staff for growth;
  • Identify and implement growth strategies;
  • Prepare project cost proposals and other deliverables;
  • Lead national RFP responses.

Who You Are

  • LSP Certification
  • Hold an advanced degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a similar field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the Environmental industry
  • State and federal-level regulatory expertise is required.
  • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills
  • Established knowledge of the consulting field, with geographic knowledge of clientele and environmental consulting industry.
  • Prior project management experience, business development skills, experience with state and federal environmental regulations/agencies, and a strong relationship with industrial and commercial clients are required.
  • Per- and Polyfluorinated Substances (PFAS) experience preferred

Compensation for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location.

Pay Range

$145,000—$200,000 USD
