Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and accurate clinical documentation.
- Any additional certifications or licenses required by the state to perform assigned duties.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, concierge-level patient care with outstanding chairside manner and professionalism.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Assess and promote overall oral health, including identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancers.
- Review, document, and maintain detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and monitor progress or changes.
- Perform precise dental hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist.
- Respond effectively and calmly to emergency situations or unexpected developments during treatment.
- Educate patients on at-home oral care techniques and long-term oral health maintenance.
