2025/2026 Snowsports Instructor

Seasonal | Full-Time & Part-Time | 1st & 2nd Shifts

Share your passion for the mountain and help others discover the joy of skiing and snowboarding! As an Instructor at Jiminy Peak’s Snowsports School, you’ll teach private and group lessons to guests of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and inspired on the slopes. This is a seasonal position with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. PSIA/AASI certifications grant pay differentials.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Teach and supervise private or group lessons with enthusiasm, professionalism, and clarity
• Maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming learning environment for all guests
• Demonstrate and communicate Snowsports techniques positively and effectively
• Provide professional and friendly service, answering guest questions about Jiminy Peak offerings including lifts, lodging, and food & beverage
• Maintain a professional appearance in proper uniform (helmet, jacket, and name tag required)
• Adhere to Jiminy Peak’s mission, vision, and core values
• Be punctual, reliable, and ready to work scheduled shifts—including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Skiing or snowboarding ability at an intermediate (“blue square”) level or higher
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI)
