Real Estate Accountant - Up to $85,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, invoice processing, coding, and check runs
- Reconcile financial data, including tenant charges, credit card statements, and income statements
- Assist with payroll processing and vendor compliance (W-9s, 1099s)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Appfolio preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
