Machine Operator- 1st shift

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Westborough,MA
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Machine Operator to work on our membrane filtration production line. This is a long-term opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, quality-focused work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload membrane materials into automated equipment for leak testing.

• Perform visual inspections on finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Use measurement tools and manual dexterity to size and finish machine-produced items.

• Rotate between various machine stations throughout the shift.

• Continuously monitor multiple parameters to keep products within specification, including:

  • Temperature

  • Tension

  • Gap openings

  • Speed

  • Alignment

  • Cosmetic qualities (roughness, wrinkle-free finish, size, pattern)

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the full shift and move between workstations as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Good hand-eye coordination and basic measurement skills.

• Prior experience working with or around chemicals is a plus.

• Machine operation or production experience preferred.
