Job Title: Hospice Nursing Supervisor (RN)
Location: Sandwich, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $2,834 – $3,061/Week
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Supervisor to lead clinical operations, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality end-of-life care while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role blends leadership, staff development, and direct patient care support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinical operations and manage RNs, LPNs, and Hospice Aides
- Oversee patient admissions, eligibility, care planning, and medication reconciliation
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Provide guidance on pain and symptom management
- Lead interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate patient care
Requirements
- Education: BSN required (Master’s preferred)
- License: Active MA RN license
- Experience: 2–4 years supervisory experience (hospice/home health preferred)
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and clinical documentation proficiency
- Must pass medication administration assessment
