CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

- Lead and coach a team of configuration and data management specialists.
- Develop and implement configuration management plans, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure accurate version control and configuration status accounting for all software and documentation items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage the integration, verification, and delivery of software and documentation products.
- Establish and maintain configuration baselines and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to configuration management policies and procedures.
- Oversee the release and distribution process for software and documentation deliverables.
- Manage the change control process, including the evaluation, coordination, and implementation of changes.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members on configuration and data management practices.
- Generate and maintain configuration management reports and metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve configuration and data management issues.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the remote team.
- Coordinate with the customer on process improvements.

- Proven experience in supervising and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with configuration management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to configuration and data management.
