Your mission

Safeguard quality from the first cut to the final sign‑off. You’ll validate parts at every stage—first-piece, in‑process, finished—and lead first article inspections that prove we meet exacting customer and aerospace requirements.

How you’ll do it

  • Create, organize, and store electronic inspection reports derived from customer drawings and specifications.
  • Complete nonconforming material documentation, travelers, and control charts with rigor and accuracy.
  • Translate blueprints, travelers, work instructions, process specifications, and sketches into actionable inspection steps.
  • Uphold measurement integrity by verifying calibration of all inspection tools, machines, and gauges per company standards.

Bring these strengths

  • High School diploma or GED; technical school background and/or ASQ Certified Inspector is a plus.
  • Expertise with GD&T and strong print-reading for machining and fabrication.
  • Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency and comfort with MRP systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail plus advanced shop math; trigonometry knowledge is a plus.
  • Zeiss Calypso CMM experience (operation/programming) is a plus.
  • Aerospace familiarity (AS9100, AS9102, ASTM’s) preferred; AS9100 experience a bonus.
  • ITAR eligibility: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
