Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years required License: Current RN License required Certifications: BLS, NRP, EFM (every 2 years for Labor and Delivery) Must-Have: - Skills in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, and Newborn Care. - Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:2-3 for evaluations, 1:1 for active labor, and 1:3-4 in postpartum. Description: This position involves providing care in a Labor and Delivery and Postpartum environment. The shift will rotate between days, evenings, and nights as needed. This role includes one night of call and weekends. The unit consists of multiple areas, including labor and delivery rooms, postpartum rooms, and operating rooms. The average daily census is between 15 to 25 patients, including mothers, babies, and laboring individuals. Experience with EPIC for charting is preferred. Floating is not required for this position. An AHA ACLS certification is preferred. About Cynet Health
