Residential Shift Supervisor ( Full Time Position; Second Shift; Fitchburg Residential Programs)-
Shift Supervisors in LUK’s Residential Services are important members of the team that work with youth placed in LUK’s congregate care programs. Shift Supervisors develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with youth while providing constant supervision of youth and of staff on shift.
