Boston, MA
Are you a compassionate and experienced licensed mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking dedicated LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD therapists to provide vital mental health support to frontline medical responders across Massachusetts through telehealth.

This is a part-time, fee-for-service opportunity that allows you to focus on what you do best: providing high-quality psychotherapy. We handle the administrative burdens, including credentialing, referrals, appointment scheduling, and billing, so you can dedicate your energy to your clients.

Your Role:

Provide individual psychotherapy sessions to healthcare professionals via secure telemedicine platforms.
Develop personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of medical first responders.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
Collaborate with a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
What We Offer:

The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of healthcare heroes.
A flexible, part-time schedule.
Competitive fee-for-service compensation based on your experience, qualifications, and education.
Comprehensive administrative support, freeing you from credentialing, referrals, scheduling, and billing tasks.
The chance to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
A fully remote work environment, ensuring safety and convenience.
We're Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted licensure as an LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD in the state of Massachusetts.
A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing individual therapy.
Demonstrated experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders.
A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
A willingness to collaborate and share expertise within a diverse team.
Comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with sensitivity to diverse communication styles.
Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.
Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
Experience using clinical diagnostic and assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress.
Our Commitment to Safety:

Remote interview process.
Virtual meetings.
Social distancing guidelines in place.
If you are a passionate and dedicated therapist seeking a rewarding part-time opportunity, we encourage you to apply. Join us in providing essential mental health support to the individuals who care for us all.
