Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote | WFH

We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: Active and unrestricted licensure as an LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD in the state of Massachusetts.
A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing individual therapy.
Demonstrated experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders.
A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
A willingness to collaborate and share expertise within a diverse team.
Comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms.
Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with sensitivity to diverse communication styles.
Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.
Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
Experience using clinical diagnostic and assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress.
