Data Engineer
Our client, a financial technology company based in Boston's Financial District, is seeking a Data Engineer to join their data infrastructure team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the pipelines and systems that move and transform data across the organization. The team works closely with data scientists, product managers, and business analysts to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and structured for decision-making.
The position operates on a hybrid schedule with three days per week on-site. The engineering team follows agile practices and uses a modern cloud-native stack. You will own end-to-end pipeline development from ingestion through transformation and delivery, and will be expected to contribute to architectural decisions as the data platform scales.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a clear path toward senior and staff-level engineering positions. The company has grown steadily and continues to expand its analytics capabilities across multiple product lines.
