Position: Brand Fashion Photographer and Videographer – Media Specialist

Job Duties:
- Develop, capture, and edit creative visual content aligned with the brand identity and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create photos and videos for e-commerce, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and visual planning for campaigns.
- Organize and conduct photography sessions and video shoots.
- Direct models, adjust lighting, and ensure product presentation is aligned with the brand image.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
- Optimize final materials for digital and print platforms.
- Ensure visual consistency across all company media materials.
- Coordinate logistics for photo sessions and video shoots, including scheduling, location selection, and coordination with stylists and the marketing team.
- Monitor engagement metrics and assist with planning promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of visual materials for product launches and promotional campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3 years of experience in photography and videography.
Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English required.
Specific Skills:
- Proficiency in photography and videography techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
- Ability to set up lighting and camera equipment.
- Familiarity with social media content production and digital branding.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital formats.
