Private mobile wound care company is seeking a compassionate, reliable and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to travel to patients' homes throughout the greater Boston area.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Nurse Practitioners (NPs) during visits to patients in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Discuss wound care and dressings with patients' family/caregivers
- Input in EMR system patient treatment plans at time of visit
- Input patient assessments, documentation and notes within 24 hours
- Participate in virtual continued education programs and wound progress, as needed
- Perform dressing changes as needed and/or ordered per Provider and POC
- Coordinate patient care with assigned CHHAs, if applicable
- Perform other duties as needed.

Required:
- RN License in the State of MA
- 2+ years of experience as RN
- Experience with EMR systems and medical terminology
- Pass all background checks
- Comfortable with wound care
- Patient- focused, caring bedside manner
- Excellent communication skills, professional work ethic
- Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle
