General Manager: Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar – Burlington, MA

Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar is coming to Massachusetts!

A vibrant South Florida concept, Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar is bringing its signature energy, authentic Mexican cuisine, and lively atmosphere to Burlington, MA . This exciting opening will mark our 11th location , debuting in June 2026, and we’re seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the team and set the standard for success in New England.

This role requires a dynamic leader with 5+ years of experience in full-service, high-volume or high-end restaurants, a proven ability to drive performance, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including team leadership, financial performance, and day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a confident decision-maker who can inspire teams, optimize operations, and play a key role in the continued growth of our brand.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and operational efficiency
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial goals and drive business growth
• Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment
• Analyze operational and financial data to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Provide creative solutions to business challenges, including profit optimization and market positioning
• Prepare and present performance reports to upper management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-end or luxury restaurant
• Strong background in team development, training, and leadership
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, HR, procurement, and compliance
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Prior experience in hospitality recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
