MA & RI Electrician
Venture Solar is hiring a MA and RI Licensed Electrician .
As a Licensed Electrician in the state of MA, you will be responsible for:
- Executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning PV solar systems
- Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged unit s
What you’ll bring:
- Valid Electrical license in the state of MA and RI
- Required experience as an electrician preferred
- Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems preferred
- Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime
- A valid driver's license is required
- Can work well independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofs
- Ability to work in attics

Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role.
$48-$52 per hour. (Compensation rate based on experience)
