The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate and corporate matters.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Experience:

5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate law, with substantial focus on commercial leasing and corporate real estate matters.

Demonstrated experience managing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.

Skills:

Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Base Salary Range $180k to $275k plus bonus. Base Salary Range, Senior Associates above 8 years and Counsel will be determined on a case by case basis
