Position Overview Partnership opportunity with performance bonuses. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing condominium communities specifically within Eastern Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a growth mindset to guide our team and help shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple condominium associations
• Lead and mentor property management staff to ensure high performance and professional development
• Foster strong relationships with board members, residents, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable laws
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and vendor contracts
• Drive initiatives that enhance community satisfaction and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing communities in Eastern Massachusetts
• PCAM or AMS designation (required)
• Proficiency in all aspects of community management, including financials, governance, and maintenance coordination
• Strong computer literacy, including Excel and property management software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of team development and business growth
