Production Planner | Capacity & Materials | Medical Device Manufacturing
Our client is seeking a proactive Production Planner to manage capacity, materials, and production scheduling in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment. This role ensures timely product delivery by aligning machine, labor, and material resources with production goals.

Responsibilities:
- Complete additional assignments as directed by management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling.
- Analyze capacity data and proactively adjust schedules as needed.
- Coordinate material and product releases to align with project timelines.
- Develop and maintain weekly production schedules and planning metrics.
- Communicate forecast changes and their impact on production and staffing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure material readiness and production flow.
- Coordinate machines, personnel, and material resources to meet delivery targets.
- Prioritize and schedule projects based on capacity, material availability, and labor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning, materials coordination, inventory control, or supply chain.
