Responsibilities:

• Aid with personal hygiene and bathing
• Help patients with eating and medication management
• Monitor and record patient vitals and behaviors
• Assist with patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchair and bed
• Support patients in physical exercise and walking

Qualifications:

• Fully vaccinated with at least one booster
• Own transportation and active driver's license
• Minimum of 1-year CNA experience
• Active CNA license in MA
