Job Description:
Design and build production-grade multi-agent AI systems that integrate LLMs into scalable backend environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy multi-agent LLM systems in production environments
- Architect and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI, async frameworks)
- Orchestrate tool calling, reasoning loops, and agent workflows
- Integrate LLMs with real-world data systems and APIs
- Debug and optimize agent reliability, hallucination, and performance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI infrastructure
- Deploy and manage systems on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- Strong Python backend engineering experience (FastAPI, async systems)
- Proven experience building production multi-agent LLM systems
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Pydantic AI)
- Experience orchestrating tool calls and managing reasoning loops
- Experience integrating LLMs into real backend/data systems
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS and/or Azure)
- Experience debugging LLM reliability, hallucinations, and failures
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience building AI copilots, research assistants, or workflow automation tools
- Background in AI infrastructure or platform engineering
- Experience working in AI startups or internal AI platform teams
- Familiarity with OpenAI ecosystem and modern LLM tooling
