Assistant Project Manager -Construction
A growing construction and restoration firm known for its collaborative and bilingual team environment, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their field operations team in the Boston, MA area. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow with a company that values reliability, initiative, and strong communication.
What You'll Do as the Assistant Project Manager:
- Transport materials and supplies to and from job sites in a timely and organized manner
- Support job site crews and lead project managers with day-to-day logistics and scheduling
- Take daily photos and notes to document project progress and ensure quality standards
- Serve as a communication bridge between English- and Spanish-speaking team members
- Help maintain clean, safe, and well-organized workspaces and tool inventory
Must-Haves as the Assistant Project Manager:
- Prior experience in construction (residential or commercial)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift and move building materials
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual
Nice-to-Haves as the Assistant Project Manager:
- Personal vehicle suitable for transporting materials (mileage reimbursed)
- Familiarity with smartphones or tablets for job logging
- Excellent organization and follow-through
