School Behavior Specialist in Framingham, MA

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in the Framingham, MA area is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across multiple locations for the upcoming school year. This contract position offers a 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, starting as soon as possible through October 1st, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students K-12
• Conduct behavior assessments and provide data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster positive behavioral outcomes
• Provide consultation and training to school personnel on behavior management strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and standards

Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases across different locations within the district
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and promoting inclusive practices
