Member Engagement Associate or Manager (Full-time)

Position Description

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Member Engagement Associate or Manager will have the opportunity to join a team that serves our high-performing, collaborative membership across Kendall Square. We are looking for an energized, engaging community builder who is comfortable thinking outside the box on how KSA can continue to support our member organizations.

This is a full-time position. Some remote work is possible, with four days per week in person in our Cambridge, MA office. Occasional evening and weekend work is required. This position will be at the associate- or manager-level, depending on the candidate's experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 - 4 years relevant experience
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency using Google Workspace and Google Drive
• Willingness to learn internal KSA technology tools, such as our CRM, Copper
• Prior experience in community-based work or event and program support is strongly preferred

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

• Wear many hats as an event coordinator, relationship steward, community builder, and more
• Be creative and innovative, especially while planning KSA events and programs
• Track and analyze key member engagement data
• Work on external communications, including communications to KSA member organizations
• Be a representative of the KSA brand, brand guidelines, and standards
• Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring our digital information is up to date

KSA MEMBER SUPPORT

• Support the stewardship of KSA members, delivering membership benefits and responding to member needs
• Receive and respond to specific requests from our members
• Track news on KSA members, prospective members, and related organizations and individuals

EVENT AND PROGRAM SUPPORT

• Attend KSA and KSA member events and programs
• Support the Executive Director as requested

Salary Range/Compensation

• Based on the applicant's experience, starting salary may range from $55,000 to 60,000 annually
