As our Director of Sales & Growth, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving production, expanding market presence, and intentionally growing a high-performing team of real estate professionals.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative leadership team to implement systems, coaching, and growth initiatives that elevate performance across the board. We’re looking for a leader who can think strategically, execute consistently, and inspire others through a hands-on, high-accountability approach.

We offer strong support, a culture centered around continuous growth, and an attractive compensation package with earning potential of $225,000+, along with paid time off and bonus opportunities.
Compensation:$225,000+ Base + Commission
Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive market share growth.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting systems to attract top talent and expand our team.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute our overall growth strategy.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
